Vesta Peptides (“Vesta”, “we”, “us”) is a research-peptide manufacturer headquartered in Guangzhou, China, with US ops support based in Atlanta, Georgia. The site at vestapeptides.com is operated by Vesta. We are not a pharmacy, clinic, hospital, or compounding facility, and we make no medical claims about our products.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use by qualified researchers, institutions, and contract research organizations. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, are not approved for clinical use, and are not for resale to consumers. Buyers are responsible for handling the materials in compliance with applicable laws and institutional biosafety policy.

You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. We may require government-issued identification on delivery in jurisdictions that require age verification. We do not knowingly sell to sanctioned parties, entities listed on the US Bureau of Industry and Security Entity List, or buyers in the embargoed territories listed in our checkout verification step.

Prices and stock levels are subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including for batch reasons (failed QC), suspected intent inconsistent with research use, or shipping destinations we can't verify as research-aligned. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund using the original payment method.

Accepted payment methods are listed on the shipping & payment page. Payment must clear before any order ships. Crypto payments are irreversible; please verify the destination wallet address before sending. ACH and Zelle transfers are confirmed within one to two US business days.

We ship cold-chain DDP (delivered duty paid) via DHL Express within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. If a shipment is held by US customs beyond five business days for reasons within our control, contact us for a remedy. We re-ship one (1) time at our cost if a shipment is rejected at customs through no fault of yours.

Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy. Briefly: unopened, unrefrigerated vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery; opened vials are not refundable for sterility reasons; batches that fail third-party verification are fully refunded or re-shipped at your option.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesta's total liability arising from or related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of research data, time, or downstream commercial opportunity.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vesta and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising from your use, handling, storage, or onward transfer of products in a manner inconsistent with these terms or with applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue there.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
